SCHEDULE OF HEARINGS

On February 20, 2003, the Government of Saskatchewan announced the appointment of the Honourable Mr. Justice D.H. Wright to conduct an inquiry into the death of Neil Stonechild and the conduct of the investigation into his death.

The Commission of Inquiry Into Matters Relating to the Death of Neil Stonechild heard testimony from 64 witnesses over the course of 43 days.

The Commission delivered a final report containing its findings and recommendations to the Minister of Justice and Attorney General of Saskatchewan on September 24, 2004.

The final report is now available to the public in electronic form.
