RULING ON ROY APPLICATION RELEASED

Please be advised that Mr. Justice David H. Wright, Commissioner of The Commission of Inquiry Into Matters Relating to the Death of Neil Stonechild, has released his ruling related to Jason Roy’s application for standing and funding.

The Commission will begin hearing evidence on September 8^th, 2003. Further details regarding the schedule will be released at a later date.
