Please be advised that Mr. Justice David H. Wright, Commissioner of The Commission of Inquiry Into Matters Relating to the Death of Neil Stonechild, has released his ruling related to the Saskatoon City Police Association application for the removal of Robertson Stromberg as counsel to the Federation of Saskatchewan Indian Nations.

The Commission will begin hearing evidence on September 8^th, 2003. Further details regarding the schedule will be released at a later date.
