May 13, 2003 RULING ON STANDING AND FUNDING RELEASED Please be advised that Mr. Justice David H. Wright, Commissioner of The Commission of Inquiry Into Matters Relating to the Death of Neil Stonechild, has released his ruling related to standing and funding.
